為麻州大學特教研究所音樂點字約聘講師、CLVT低視能治療師及督導、愛盲基金會低視能中心顧問。專長為英文、中文、音樂與數理點字教學、輔助科技教學、低視能輔具評量和使用指導、低視能照護評估與服務、特殊教育研究和特殊教材教法研究。多年來致力於將國際低視能專業知能與新興領域接軌於臺灣工作，並執行專業人員培訓教材及專業書籍之引進，對國內低視能領域有不可磨滅的貢獻。

Moonset Yu, Ph.D. CLVT. is an adjunct faculty for the Vision Studies Program at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She taught online courses, Music Braille, Low Vision Intervention and Strategies and Clinical Low Vision. In addition to years of TVI experiences, her expertise includes low vision services, braille skills (Chinese, English and Music), assistive device training. Since 2007, she initiated projects to promote awareness of emerging need of low vision care and the lack of services delivery framework in Taiwan. In 2008, she helped establish the first low vision center in Taiwan and was responsible of training their low vision specialists. Moonset has contributed greatly to the development of low vision services in Taiwan.
