日本國立筑波大學障礙科學博士、日本國立奈良女子大學博士後研究員；現任台北教育大學特教系助理教授、教育部大專校院及高中職視障學生學習輔具中心委員；譯有《視覺障礙教育導論》一書、書籍《教養，從讀懂孩子行為開始》審定；學術專長為視覺障礙、中途視障者心理適應、高等教育階段特教輔導與服務。

Dr. Wu received her Ph.D. from the University of Tsukuba and completed a post-doctorate fellowship at the Nara Women’s University in Japan. She is an assistant professor for the National Taipei University of Education and is a committee member of the Assistive Device Center for High School and College Students under Taiwan Education Ministry. She translated “Education of Students Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired” and edited ” Understanding Your Child’s Behavior”. In academic domains, she specializes in visual impairment, adjustment of the adventitiously visually impaired, guidance and services to higher education students.
