現任愛盲基金會視障服務處處長，負責包含視障重建、諮詢、訓練等社工服務總督導業務。

專長為視障者其家庭之社會適應、行為、資源整合轉介等問題之社會暨心理評估與處遇。並取得定向行動訓練師執照，從事定向教學及督導，擔任職訓局定向行動監評委員、營建署人行無障礙環境考評委員等職。

Ms. Liu is the director of TFB’s Services Division. She specializes in social adjustment for visually impaired individuals and their families, behavioral adjustment, referral and resource integration, and psychological assessment and treatment. She is a certified O&M instructor and works as an instructor as well as supervisor. She is a member of Taipei Vocational Training Council’s O&M Services Advisory Team, Construction Bureau’s Barrier-Free Environment Advisory Team, etc.
