中國醫藥大學醫學系，現任台北市聯合醫院和平婦幼院區眼科主治醫師兼主任，曾任台大醫院新竹分院眼科部主治醫師兼任斜弱視科主任、壢新醫院主治醫師、竹東榮民醫院眼科主任、台北榮民總醫院專科醫師、教育部學童視力保健種子醫師 。

專長為眼整型及淚道疾病治療手術、斜弱視治療及斜視手術、小切口白內障超音波晶體乳化術、及學童視力保健。

在任期間致力於推動低視能視覺復健門診有成，連結醫療、視覺重建與輔具服務已累積相當經驗。

Dr. Hsia received her MD from China Medical University. She is an attending physician and the director of Ophthalmology Department at Taipei City Hospital’s Heping Fuyou Branch. Her former positions included attending physician at National Taiwan University Hospital’s Hsin-Chu Branch and Landseed Hospital, director of Ophthalmology Department of Taipei Veterans General Hospital’s Hsinchu Branch, specialist physician at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, and school children seed doctor for Ministry of Education. Her specialties include plastic surgery, nasolacrimal duct surgery, amblyopia treatment and strabismus surgery, Small incision cataract surgery, and school children eye care. Dr. Hsia also contributed greatly to the work of offering clinical treatments to patients with low vision at hospitals and connecting them to rehabilitation services and assistive devices. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of low vision services.
