講者介紹

中國醫藥大學中醫學系，現任台北市聯合醫院眼科部主任暨中興院區眼科主任，曾任臺灣大學附設醫院眼科、眼角膜研究員，及美國史丹佛大學眼科基礎科學與臨床研究。專長為角膜及外眼疾患、微創超音波白內障手術、青光眼手術及學童視力保健。在任期間致力於推動低視能視覺復健門診有成，連結醫療、視覺重建與輔具服務已累積相當經驗。

Dr. Tsai received her medical training from the School of Chinese Medicine at China Medical University. She is an attending physician as well as the director of the Department of Ophthalmology at Taipei City Hospital and Zhongxing Branch. Her experiences included being a clinician and researcher at the Department of Ophthalmology at National Taiwan University Hospital, as well as at Stanford University in US. Her subspecialties include external eye and corneal disorders. She is an expert in surgical treatment of cataract and glaucoma. During her tenure at the Taipei City Hospital she has contributed greatly in promoting low vision clinic and is very experienced in all aspects of low vision services, including vision rehabilitation and assistive devices.
